QHSE MASTER’S DEGREE IN WORK-STUDY (M/W)
- Contribute to process mapping
- Lead the updating of the documentation system and coordinate it with the various managers
- Update QHSE job descriptions on the production floor-Promote and deploy the HSE approach:
- Analyze workstations (ergonomics, safety, risks) and implement continuous improvement actions in terms of working conditions and ergonomics
- Analyze incidents and accidents, and propose and implement actions to reduce them
- Manage waste (awareness-raising, sorting training, relations with specialized service providers, recycling follow-up, etc.)
- Liaise with the DREAL (Direction régionale de l’Environnement, de l’Aménagement et du Logement)to monitor the company’s ICPE (Installations classées pour la protection de l’environnement) status.
- Accompany the company in the deployment of its safety policy: change management with regard to the wearing of PPE (display, communication, animation, etc.).
