SERVICE TECHNICIAN (M/W)
YOUR ROLE
Prevent, replace / repair mechanisms, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits on industrial equipment.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Monitor permanent availability of equipment
- Clean, repair / replace electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic circuit components on industrial equipment.
- Repair industrial equipment mechanisms.
- Prevent breakdowns or malfunctions through preventive maintenance.
- Write technical intervention sheets (machine maintenance file) and enter them into the CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Supervise external service providers.
- Implement technical and organizational changes, adaptations, and corrective actions.
- At the request of his/her superiors, the maintenance technician may be called upon to perform other tasks outside his/her remit, in line with his/her skills.
SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
- Training to Bac +2/3 level in industrial maintenance, mechanics, electrical engineering or automation with significant experience.
- HV / LV authorization.
- Work at height.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Knowledge of safety regulations.
- Knowledge of the company’s machinery.
- Good knowledge of the industrial environment.
- Multidisciplinary knowledge: mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, automation.
- Ability to log on and diagnose in a program with parameter adjustment.
- Ability to read and analyze drawings, manuals, and technical diagrams.
- Use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Use of ERP
